Say Hello To Karabo

Meet Karabo, probably our earliest ancestor and the ‘missing link’ between man and ape – ‘seen’ for the first time thanks to this incredible portrait. Created by paleo-artist John Gurche, it is based on the remarkably well-preserved skeleton of a boy aged around 13, found in a cave in South Africa. Read more: www.dailymail.co.uk...

If I see "missing link" used in any context other than repairing a bicycle chain, I swear i am going to head-butt someone.
You'd think after more than a century, someone would have clued in the media, but noooooo.

So any remains found of a primate has to be the missing link? i think they are getting desperate trying to prove that Evolution happened. This primate probably had nothing to do with us.

It looks like monkey magic. Does anybody here remember monkey magic?
I've always had doubts about evolution, some things don't quite add up to me.

Agree'd.

Sadly, the media relies on sensationalizing. "Another transitional species of the well documented changes our ancestors made that resulted in our current state has been found... again... and again.." is never as catchy as "Missing Link Found OMG!".

Ignore the media spin though, and look at the story underneath. The facts are more interesting than the spins.
