Tesla - What happened the day after he died...and who took his secrets...

When US government confisticated the belongings of Tesla after his death, obviously FBI documents indicate that there was a great concerns of "enemy" getting their hands on Teslas inventions through a Yugoslavian relative , Even someone from US Military send a note to Hoover asking some missing documents, because he thought FBI has them?

Im just curious , what is the probability that nazi scientists got their hands on these "missing " documents in early 1940`S? as someone mentioned before in this thread Tesla was a great engineer, but lacked some in scientific department, what didn`t flourish under Tesla, could have flourished in hands of nazi scientists? Like "The Bell" , i have heard it used high electrisity and even plasma technology.
