1. What would be a possitive new world order?

2. What would be a negative new world order?

I think a possitive one would be a utopia-like one.
I think a negative one would be a dystopia-like or cacotopia-like one.

Any one have anything different to add?

+ more freedoms of thought and movement that don't destabilize society

and there is no "new" world order; it is the same crap as now only no mask
