Stupid generally means "will not learn", while small minded generally means "cannot learn".
With ignorant meaning "has not learned", we have the holy trinity of humanity.

I cannot argue with that logic.

Almost everyone is dumber than me, proven scientifically. God help us.

#6 Why are there only five laws of stupidy? Surely one would expect a more copious variety.

You say that as if China is a bad place to be? Have you ever been there? It's an amazing place and people!

I think "stupid" is completely subjective.

When I see a character on a show who seems to make all the wrong choices and say all the wrong things, I think the character is lame and pointless and a detriment to the show. I realize that the character is played by a person, and the person may or may not retain what I perceive to be the character's flaws in reality. The actor is playacting as a character that is not, in my estimation, "smart".

I have met many a person who playacts through life, never showing his/her true identity. Some people are taught this, some people use it as a shield, some people think that they must do this to survive, some people really have very little substance.

I don't think these people realize that I can see through their facade, but the eyes always tell the truth.

I don't think people are "stupid", per se, I just do not understand what their motives or thought processes are. To them, I'm probably "stupid" because they do not understand what my motives and thought processes are. In the end, every one of us is "stupid" to someone else. So, there's no point worrying about it.

It can be alot of work to find the perfect quote when one cannot find a suitable expression, can it not?

Surely this wonderful audience is familiar with the Dunning-Kruger effect? It has nothing to do with Elm Street.

so to u gamblers in casinos are stupid ? or is it when u get manipulated from abusive wills that u become stupid?

ur logics dont stand there, it is like chick logic that jump to hit another woman while it is her man that is cheating her

Yes they are the house controls the odds and most people don't believe or understand that and throw their money away.
Yes, if you allow yourself to be manipulated someone is smarter than you?
The chick brain fart is a false analogy

I am fully aware of it, the problem is, my eYe is wide open so I can see Stupid quite well and to kNot point it out, is to knowingly allow Stupid to remain Stupid, thus, to ignore Stupid is to be Stupid because Forest's Mother said it well:

"Stupid is what Stupid does."

To allow Stupid to remain Stupid is Stupid.

I've got one better . . .

Tourist to Dive Instructor:

"How wet is the water?"

Tourist to another Tourist in Puerto Rico, giving driving directions:

"Go down this road and get off at Salida, turn right and it's a block away."

In spanish, Salida is Exit, so all Exits are marked Salida.
