This is Kent Walls, and I want to take a moment to add some background to an investigation a friend of mine is undertaking... Since he does not want his part of this included till he is done... I will merely post what is my part...

It started two days ago during a poker game, played for high stakes... Dimes and quarters.. the pot was a whole thirteen thirty five...

I poured some more Jack into my campfire jack and coke...

We broke a rule we established in our unfriendly competitive games... (meta-gaming to those in the know)

We ended up on the Supercommittee fraud... A friend with Dallas Morning news said that several independent news networks where looking into a series of emails that supposedly exist of the planned failure of the Supercommittee. They had their own source but it was unreliable... "A waiting game for if it breaks..."

None of this surprised Me, Pulls, Seymore, or Thomas..It quickly devolved into no more poker as the present liberal speaker was almost broke... To avoid further loss he spouted nonsense....

It got under the very conservative Thomas and Pulls skin... So they went off....

I nearly died laughing... which irritated both parties...

"I already told you how I would fix America... it is real easy"

The resident liberal called me on it...

Here is my answer on the computer where I typed it up and Que the music

Congressional pay
Speaker-223,500

Majority and minority leaders of both chambers
and Senate president pro temporare- 193,400

rank and file- 174,000

434+100+1
534-1-4-1=528+1
$ 92046000
193400*4=$773600
223500
grand total-
nt...93043100

7.25 hour * 40*52*.7= 10556
10556*535= 5647460
93043100-5647460 = 87395640

First is how much the individual power positions make
the the rank and file

total it came to

93043100 for congress by itself pay for all 535 members

The next set you get is my formula to set every member of congress's pay
minimum wage (at 7.25 an hour) times 40 hours a week times 52 weeks time the 70% everday americans keep post taxes removed directly from your check

it comes to 10556... multiply by the 535 members of congress

equals 5647460

93043100 minus 5647460 gives you 87395640

Which is the amount that my plan saves off of payroll for congress
87395640

executive
president- 400,000
vp- 230700

2

cabinet- 199,700
22*199700= 4393400
5854800

10556*22=
232232

czars- 172200
172200*34

10556*34= 358904

gt=5024100
add czars-
new gt 10,878,900
gt my way- 591138

10878900-591138= 10287762

you can follow the math...

40000president plus 230700vp equals 630700
22 cabinet members time 199700 equals 4393400
34 czars times 172200 equals 5854800

total executive cost- 16103000

my cost-
1 president plus 1 dollar for vp equals 2

minimum wage (at 7.25 an hour) times 40 hours a week times 52 weeks time the 70% everyday Americans keep post taxes removed directly from your check (note this is salaried and no overtime pay)
10556

22 cabinet members times 10556 equals 232232
34 czars times 10556 equals 358904

my cost total-
591138

their cost 16103000 minus my cost 591138 equals 15511862

15511862

supreme court
Chief justice-223,500
associate justice-213,900
8*213900= 1711200

1934700
9* 10556= 95004

Chief justice 223500 plus

Associate judges (8 times 213900) 1711200

equals 1934700

my courts cost
min wage times 40 hrs week time 52 weeks time 70% take home post taxes equals 10556

9 times 10556 equal 95004

their cost 1,934,700 minus 95004 equals 1839696

1934700-95004=1839696

total cost- 105,682,700
ts= 99523098

995,230,980

then we add my savings
congress-87395640 plus
executive- 15511862 plus
court-1839696

equals 104,747,198

my numbers keep getting off but it still is this....

take the 104747198 time 10 yrs.... 1,047,471,980

subtract from 1,200,000,000,000

-1199895252802 to go.... this was not counting...

congressional aides and staff budgets....
Congressional pensions
medical staff for all
Food servers.....in congress (we all agreed that they should be served mre's and/or corps chow hall food)

Can someone get me those numbers to see if it would further lower the debt...
numbers of aides and cost to the federal government...

Congressional pensions total cost of budget per year... (easiest to fix... cancel it out to zero)
it is either this or no ss, medicaide, or military

See how easy it is... one billion gone....poof.... this is how I know this is rigged... if they meant to fix this they could quite easily

they do not have the courage of their convictions... they do not want to separate the power from the money... me personally I would keep the power

For those math nazi's who want laugh at my math... correct it and post your correction.... it should still be about a billion...

remember the base idea for the first billion is this

executive branch leaders go to a dollar a year... with their immediate help going to the min wage formula per year

Congress's 535 go to the min wage formula per year

the supreme court goes to the min wage formula. per year...

the liberal made worse mistakes in his math then I did.... He showed me saving the country 1.5 over ten years...

where I got the numbers

Well I look forward to adding to the simplest cuts...
Note the goal is to not touch social security, medicaid, the va, or the military....

see this a start to repairing the country but not a single one suggested that change starts at home in the halls of leadership...

The Supercommittee should be forced to resign along with the leadership of the Congressional House and Senate.

This proves that our Congress;

A) No longer represents the voters who elect them, and
B) No longer functions as an effective leadership body

As if we needed more evidence.

Time to start building the guillotine's....

It's appalling that any where else in the world if you are hired for a job and it turns out you are unable to perform that job, you are fired.

They are obviously all unable to perform the jobs they were hired to do; are incompetent, and should be fired on the spot the minute they come out and tell us they were unable to solve this significant problem.

Congress was formed hundreds of years ago when it took weeks, months, even years to get information from point A to point B. It was necessary to have someone represent the people from their area because the technology did not exist to let them do that for them selves. Today the technology exists, but the people are not capable and/or willing to represent themselves and their voice.

Law makers get paid to make laws. People elect and pay them to do this, even though:
1) No child born tomorrow will live long enough to learn all the laws.
2) The laws are not required learning in schools.
3) No voter knows the exact number of laws that exist in America.
4) No politician knows the exact number of laws that exist in America.

Voters are not capable of making an informed decision due to lack of being informed.

Fox: How are the benefits?

In a down economy, a good benefits package can be hard to find.

But on Capitol Hill, a 401(k) and health plan are just the beginning. The hundreds of candidates vying for a coveted congressional seat this November will earn more than a chance at shaping the nation's legislative priorities if elected -- they'll tap into a mountain of perks that most Fortune 500 companies couldn't begin to rival

based on the article...

fun money

house:
900,000 for salaries (18 limit)
250,000 office

(900,000 + 250,000) * 435

equals
500250000

senate:
2010- 3300000 for office
500000 for staff (3 limit)

3300000 + (500000*100)

equals
53300000

please note article was not clear on if senate included staff cost(math says no but it is fox)

senate 40,000 plus offices in home states

5330000+ (40000*100)

equals
9330000

house 500250000 plus senate 9330000

equals
509580000

my cost-

staff-
three people time (10556 min wage formula) times 535

16942380

offices

535 times 1000 equals 535000

my cost:
17,477,380

present cost 509580000 minus my cost 17477380

492,102,620

over ten years....

1199895252802 minus 4,921,026,200 equals

1199403150182 to go

I told everyone this country could be saved

This is among many issues that will be addressed if ....

yes training is the only way for America to stay economically viable and for some reason it is the most neglected part....

the funds are there and I believe this whole budget ca be fixed without touching the amount given to schools

I keep getting that same feeling

the fun part is looking into the pensions and how they are based.... it is very interesting that some members will get more then a member dollars over the years after they are out of office...

I think this might be the next part....

seperate response/thought
Please note again the only tax increase I will agree to is one on campaigning, campaign contributions and lobbing of all forms...

every two years it should be worth billions.... That would put us at a billion extra a year over the next ten years

equaling ten billion at least in taxes (which are not revenues)

But you cant count such a thing.... until it is in the bank... You get the problem we have know when people spend more then they make.... and the government is worse... the forward accounting garbage is what got us partially into trouble...
