I like feel good stories, we don't get enough of them.


Who couldn't admire a man who kicked in college, left to join the military, fought in Vietnam, worked in construction for almost 40 years, started a family, then went back to college to kick again when a tough economy snatched his job?


He is even staying in a dorm room.

Hmm, sock on the door handle... I can guess, but no, can't say I know what that means... And I just graduated from college in '07 too. Course, I didn't live on campus...

That's just what I thought it must mean. Back in my day (not that I am old or don't 'get my groove on' anymore) we just hung a sign on the door saying "do not disturb".
