Here is some info I found on HR 1955...first presented in 2007. I don't know exactly what it would do, but it does refer to "lone wolf" attacks.....coincidence we have a lone wolf in NY? Just when this bill seems to be resurrected? Any thoughts? I will continue researching. See what pans out.

The reason this caught my eye was a phone call from my dad two days ago. He's currently in Russia - near Nalchik. During our conversation he mentioned that Russian news *and* European news outlets were reporting on a law that had passed out of committee that is almost verbatim what this HR 1955 states.

Russian & European sources were asking if the American people could actually be this stupid? Is it possible this bill has been resurrected under a different bill number or name? I'm going to email the old man to see if the overseas news agencies are identifying the bill they're talking about by name or number.

So far can't find any proof it is being resurrected, unless under a different name. The no. HR 1955 has been reassigned to a bill pertaining to surgery for children (the CARE act).

Well the news per say is very disturbing and before shooting the messenger (which has a tendency to occur quite often recently on ATS) is imperative to remember that this is a conspiracy site. Meaning, the right place to discuss news of this kind. I too tried to find any confirmation of whatever is being discussed over here and because I couldn't find, it doesn't mean that is totally unreal. As soon as I read it came to my mind the old conversation about Gunderson Steel Fabrication or Gunderson INC with their government contract to build 1007,200 prisoner box cars with shackles inside back in 1994, constructions of which If I can remember correctly were confirmed from different sources. Reactivation and construction of the so called FEMA camps (I can provide a complete list if you need) , the escalation of conflicts around the world, OWS and the direction is headed, financial and economic situation in almost every country globally ... the list can go on. My point is, there is nothing illogical in this news and I'm surprised that so many people can't see how troubled are the times we are living in. What amazes me the most is that in almost every website, online paper, independent news source which allows comments all over the world you read people expressing their major concern and the feeling that things are very wrong and something big is about to happen. But only in ATS, one of the biggest conspiracy board on the net we have "bright minds" who happily think that everything is just fine and the rest are lunatics. I wish I had that mindset so I could sleep calmly and enjoy life as it should be for all of us. I hope with my all heart I'm wrong so you can shoot me rather then crying with me if I'm right.
