You're telling me that Iranian regulars would be poorly equipped and unwilling to fight for their homeland, compared to imperialist armies whose poor soldiers are sent to fight the wars for the rich in foreign lands?

I would bet on the resolve of a man fighting for his nation than on a man fighting for his government.
