purplemer: fair enough! (And please no one takes my facepalm as an insult)

Denying ignorance, starting analysis, backing up claims:

The title: RoboKopter Zamieski - Zamieski is polnish for "riot*
The user: latajacakamera - again polnish, stands for "Flycam" or "flying camera"
The video: the cops uniform are blue (dark blue) cars white and dark blue. London cops (RiotCops) are black, cop cars have the checkerd bright yellow colours.
The banners the protesters are wearing are all written in polnish.
Markings on the street indicate that you drive on the right side of the street (London would be left side)

I hope this is enough evidence.

On a humorous side about double facepalm and thinking:
the scene of hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, where they are "facepalmed" or slapped every time they have a thought :-)
