You are right, I see no arrests being made there but we just cant see it all at once.

In 1929 when the stock markets crashed it lead to the greta depression and those that had jobs lost them.

I'm ok income wise so I am almost inclined to encourage the protests to cause disruption to the markets in the hope that a crash will occur and the stupid idiotic protestors kearn what actually drives their country.

They are OWS - Out of Work Scroungers.

The police who are moving them on or arresting them are working and paying taxes as are those that work the Stock Exchange. Those taxes pay the Out of Work Scroungers' benefits. Seems they want to destroy the system to bring everyone else down to their unambitious, lazy, freeloading level. They need to learn not to bite the hand that feeds them.

Sooooo... why did we have the stock market crash of 1929? This is where you can show us how smart you are and how dumb we are.

And lastly... 10k invested "can" make more.... but its also a lot more to lose. And no the stock market is not what makes the economy go.. But again i will let you school us with your awesome debating and spelling skillz

AND - because of all the coverage, flaws are being exposed. So even if the whole OWS situation falls through, it cannot be labeled a FAIL- as already so many have been exposed to so much!

So technically we are feeding the banks, the wars, governments, etc... that was a good joke you told. These greedy elitist keep taking our tax dollars but wont advance society with technology, clean energy, or bring jobs back to the US.
Everytime we buy something we pay a sales tax, so technically everyone still pays taxes. And yes I'm unemployed, but I personally don't like how greedy the governments of the world and the rich have become. I mean like seriously watch the show "American Greed"... it's sick! Greed needs to be diagnosed as a disease just like depression. Dude your are such a comedian!

You guys have the right to protest I am not arguing against that at all. But what right do you have preventing someone to get home to their families to their children. by blocking roads and bridges and subways.

Not sure how the banks were bailed out in the US but in the UK tax payers money was used to ensure the banks didn't collapse. Northern Rock, the first UK casualty, became the property of the tax payer. The bank belonged to the people. Now it has been partially sold back to the private sector returning over £700 million to the tax payers.

So technically we are feeding the banks, the wars, governments, etc...

We feed the banks with our savings and they feed you with loans - that's how and why they came into being. Sadly, tax payers money does fund wars and equally sadly it also funds those who refuse to work, those who feign disability, alcoholics, drug addicts, prisoners etc

You mean like successful American idol the late Steve Jobs? Ok he did provide technology but shipped the jobs to China so as to exploit slave labour and then sell the vastly overpriced product back to his fellow Americans so as to lock up $billions in his private bank account.

Depends where the money you spend comes from. If it is earned, that's fine and the sales tax is legit. If it is a benefit handout from the government then it doesn't count as it is only a partial refund of the tax payers' money you have taken.
