What weapon?

Someone with very little experience could do that with the right weapon.

Oh, and it will always come down to freedom, the freedom of choice.

Will I chose to exercise my god-given freedoms, or will I chose to let someone take them from me?

I will always chose the former.

My stance is similar to yours: i don't ask for my rights, as I never gave them away to begin with. Instead, I just live with liberty, without asking first.

But that is not a position that most will understand. So instead, I try to debate them on their terms, using things that they recognize and understand. I was once them. Eventually they may be me.

Actually SCOTUS has judged that the two are not mutually exclusive. States have the greater right to regulate than does Congress as long as the State is not in violation of the Constitution.
