I'm sure it's the public version....which can be found at most libraries last time I checked too, if you don't want to go the pdf route...

Still, not an easy find usually on the web...thanks for the pointer....

The file has the same size of the file from the FBI site, so I assume this is the same version, I did not read them.

The reel blue book has records that begin in 1931. If this pdf file doznt begin then, its not the real 1.

Yes. 1931. that is first date of incdents recorded in the files, but not when blue book started.
