PPP Poling: Support for OWS plummets

Latest polling data from PPP Poling shows public mood turning against OWS

The Occupy Wall Street movement is not wearing well with voters across the country. Only 33% now say that they are supportive of its goals, compared to 45% who say they oppose them. That represents an 11 point shift in the wrong direction for the movement's support compared to a month ago when 35% of voters said they supported it and 36% were opposed. Most notably independents have gone from supporting Occupy Wall Street's goals 39/34, to opposing them 34/42.

Is this really all that surprising? Hardly a day goes by where a report from an OWS encampment doesn’t show act of random degeneracy: sexual assault, underage prostitution rings, rioting, murder and even an Occupy DC member taking a shot at the Whitehouse. great post! I agree..I took a REAL stance against it after the first rape... you can say 'oh there are bad apples" yeah... what about the tea party? Don't remember any rapes there... and there are extremists on both ends right???? SOOOOOOOO
