If Reincarnation is true, what will happen incase a disaster wipes out 90% of humanity?

having spent much of my life watching animals, i wouldn't mind the social life of a chipmunk.

Been there done that got the t-shirt, if my sequential theory about the rise to increasingly conscious experience is true.

Who wants to be a chipmonk AGAIN...

i admire chipmunks, they have a very interesting social system.

for 16 years i lived in the suburbs where the rock walls from the old farms went for miles.
thousands of chipmunks in the neighborhood gave me a chance to study them.

they are friendly little guys, fun loving and know how to goof off.
the families would visit each other.
human society would have to improve greatly to reach the sanity i saw in chipmunks.
