Give it another hour or so and it should rise.

Remember it's not rising at the same time every night. It's just rising here on the east coast, right on time at 21:26.

No I don't think it disappeared lol

I'm just wondering if it is normal to have days with the moon and days without the moon. Like I said I usually see it during the day and throughout the night.
