But you can still be racist. Racist is not a deed, it is an opinion.
It is not that difficult to understand such a simple concept of institutional Racism.
But you are implying ONLY institutional racism exists. I am not disputing it exists, but I am saying even racism of individuals, and not institutions,
is still racism. There is no reason to call it something different.

Yes. Its beyond ridiculous that public institutions in 21.st century developed country can still legally discriminate people based on their race. For
example, I read that in America you get preferential treatment or more points in university entry exams just because you were born a certain race.
They call this institutional racism "affirmative action". Disgusting.

All laws and exams should be strictly colorblind, based ONLY on the
knowledge and qualifications of the individual.
