I personally think the POTUS would not stand in the way, but he would refuse to "sell it" like Bush.

I think this is what is holding things up. --------------------------

A new false flag is definitely coming. 9/11 was 10 years ago. People aren't as scared as they used to be. A new false flag would be a perfect excuse to go to war with iran.
