To me it looks like a reflection along with an air vent pushing paper around.

Yeah, I see the same thing. Looks like they could be shooting through a window with smudges and reflections. Strange though. They seem so worked up!

It sounds like a party going on in the background to me. I thought it was shot through glass that was reflecting back as well. Maybe an office xmas party gone wild?
