If I was a protester in Portland, I'd be more concerned about the outbreak of head lice. I heard on the news that there is an outbreak of those little buggers. I will not be attending their party! I'd much rather have a hot bath and a toilet.

oh also if you have a line of protesters all pointing their metal trashcan lids at one cop.then you get microwaved pig popcorn.ever see a human body explode? then they really will need the water cannon to clean up the mess.
the smart thing to do is hire half the protesters to run off the other half.and they wouldnt have to pay overtime to cops.win,win.

Exactly what TPTB want.

My take is a group of paid thugs is stirring the pot of naive minds.

i still dont know where the original OWS came from. just woke up one day and saw it on here. no warning, no precursor to the event. but i feel these are protests to end all protests staged by whoever the heck feel their future is threaten by the likes of these events.

so what do they do? provoke a nationwide protest and squash it with so much force that fear will be instill into the minds of he people for hundreds of years to come. then, they go about their agenda uninterrupted.

I hope these "occupations" will remain peaceful. Let's not be like other countries, hurting one another in the streets. Keep it rational. Can't we "rise above"? And remember, the police are there because it is their jobs, and they have been directed to be there. So, don't shoot the messenger. Talk to them. Some of them might even join in, or wish they could. Remember there is a person inside that uniform. One with a family, one out trying to make a living, one who, like you, does good things along with making mistakes.

What I see is that now there seems to be a good chunk of those who couldn't even accept that their sacred OWS heroes might be doing things that were not so good. Are now saying it's ok to be violent towards the cops coming to remove them by order of the city?

Yea there really isn't much more to say. I saw someone say "Do you think our founding fathers......." It doesn't matter what our founding fathers did. This isn't a revolution to fight the Tyranny of England out of our country. You are not talking about ousting a foreign power you are talking about nothing short of a Civil War and well frankly the first one was a huge mistake and most people with any common sense know that.

the gov was experimenting with a super lice down here in east texas with the mentally ill until i reported it.these things were the size of baby spiders.use horse or dog shampoo to kill them.
they tried to infest my home with bedbugs one time.i ordered a surveilance catalog.when it came in the mail,it was plastic bagged and when i shook it and looked in the bottom corner,about five bedbugs.this world is one messed up place.

One more thing. Do you know what any violence at this or any other Occupy camp would precipitate? The other cities and states where this is happening will more then likely start to decide to shut down the rest of the camps before "violence" occurs. when the settlers crossed the Atlantic ocean foreseeing freedom from government control they stepped foot onto north American land called USA, then they had the revolutionary war and rid the tyranny of European leadership. Know almost 300 years pass and Americans face another fight for our freedoms and the ejection of an entire government-political system that's main focus is selfish and destructive to us the citizen. I'm proud of the protestors and believe this revolt will grow and change is inevitable.
