It looks like the city is spewing anti-OWS propaganda to deceive the public. In addition, I don't know why everyone is angry with the protesters
over the costs to the city. Requiring the entire police force to work overtime to oversee these peaceful protesters is unnecessary. I could see the
city placing the police "on call" if, for whatever reason, the gathering got out of hand and everyone started rioting. However, the only time I've
seen any kind of chaos, in any of the protests around the country, is when the police try to shut everything down or try to impede their movements
