SCI/TECH: Panda watching sex videos has twins!

This is surprising because Pandas rarely give birth in captivity. It's amazing that a panda responded to Sex Education videos. One of the reasons they are dying out is because their food is running out in the wild and they rarely give birth in captivity.



Maybe Panda Sex Ed. should be used more often. Mostly because this will help them bounce back from endangerment.

I also think Pandas are smarter than we think because they can respond to Sex Ed.

Oh my. If you only knew what was running through my mind when I read that topic.

Getting endangered animals to breed in captivity is a noble effort, but I wish we could just restore their original habitats.

In Tulsa, Oklahoma, near where I live, a few years ago they figured out how to get some kind of huge endangered turtle to reproduce. Turns out that when they were in captivity, they nearly always kept all of the turtles together (male and female) while in the wild, the different genders remained in seperate groups except during mating season. They applied that simple solution and it just happened to work. They just got sick of each other or perhaps the sibling effect had something to do with it.

I think the problem was that the zookeepers were too busy thinking about keeping them alive and in a like environment to observe how their social groups worked.

haha, looks like all they needed was some marital aids.

it could be that, in the wild, pandas may actually need "visual" stimulation in order to reproduce effectively....as in, they might actually need to see other pandas mating before they themselves can mate succesfully...

maybe "panda porn" is necessary for them to "hab dem bebays"

My friend and I were discussing the legal and moral ramifications of sex with an underage panda the other night.

We came to the rather obvious conclusion that we shouldn't talk about things like that.
