Click tools on the top menu, then click "ATS uploads" the option on the far right,
Then click "select image file" on the left and choose the image from your pc, after the image has uploaded you can click on it and there will be 3 lines under the picture, you paste one of those into your post, depending on if you want the image to be full sized, a thumbnail or a link
