BUSTED: Oil industry using military psyop operatives to stop oppositors in the USA (AUDIO).

Holy sh*t, that's huge! An environmental activist attended an event of oil industry at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Houston and recorded two presenters telling the attendees, that their companies have several former military psy ops specialists, applying their skills in Pennsylvania, to stop oppositors of the extraction technique known as Hydraulic fracturing aka "Fracking", used to to release petroleum, natural gas, coal seam gas from rock layers .

They also recommended the download of the U.S. Army-slash-Marine Corps Counterinsurgency Manual and labeled any opposition to this technique, as "insurgency":

Last week’s oil industry conference at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Houston was supposed to be an industry confab just like any other — a series of panel discussions, light refreshments and an exchange of ideas.

It was a gathering of professionals to discuss “media and stakeholder relations” in the hydraulic fracturing industry — companies using the often-controversial oil and gas extraction technique known as “fracking.”

But things took an unexpected twist.

CNBC has obtained audiotapes of the event, on which one presenter can be heard recommending that his colleagues download a copy of the Army and Marine Corps counterinsurgency manual. (Click below to hear the audio.) That’s because, he said, the opposition facing the industry is an “insurgency.”

Assuming that the meeting was exclusively for US oil industry, if they are using military psy ops, black ops or whatever in the USA, let alone what they use overseas.

Another told attendees that his company has several former military psychological operations, or “psy ops” specialists on staff, applying their skills in Pennsylvania.

“We have several former psy ops folks that work for us at Range because they’re very comfortable in dealing with localized issues and local governments,” Pitzarella said. “Really all they do is spend most of their time helping folks develop local ordinances and things like that. But very much having that understanding of psy ops in the Army and in the Middle East has applied very helpfully here for us in Pennsylvania.”

The 2nd audio clip is a bit revealing. Well, ok then. CIA is monitoring FB and Twitter, now they admit to this. Is this national gov't confession week?

Isn't this against the law? The military is not supposed to police civillians, which is sort of what they're doing, or are these ex military people? Even so, there should be some law against this if there isn't already.

The article says they are former military personnel, experts in psy operations. In another words, they are mercs.
