I live on the east coast of the U.S. I think it's supposed to happen at 2pm EST today. I'm going to record the t.v. during the time of the NSA just to see if there is any subliminal messages. I'm worried it may coincide with the HUGE sunspot facing directly at earth today. I'm trying to find more info than on MSM regarding the sunspot and activity. Will hopefully be able to post later today...

ive got to say,would it not make more sense (if they were trying to avoid panic) to release the message before hand, eg on 9th nov the following test message will be played,..... something is not right Ill defo check back re the subliminal messages

I dont think they would tell Obama if anything was going to happen.

Just getting to check back in...I did not see the announcement either. My husband & son were driving and heard it on local radio. My son has DTV his wife saw it and it took about 30 seconds total, with Lady GaGa music
On MSM they said they had problems, some didn't get the announcement and FEMA will be working on it. I guess I live too far out in the boonies to get a warning, maybe next time or maybe not...
