He actually offers some very interesting ways to get the economy moving forward again, you can't help but respect his ability to think outside the
box.
But yes, he signed NAFTA. Though, to be fair, when he signed it we were adding so many tech jobs that loosing a few manufacturing jobs didn't seem
like a big deal. It wasn't until 1999/2000 when the dot-com crash occurred that it was seen as a "oh # we have no back up plan".
But jobs were being shipped overseas since the 1970's, manufacturing anyways, and really gained steam in 1980's.
