In a world where the 10th amendment hadn't been written, this Judge would be 100% correct. Unfortunately for him, the 10th was written along with the
other original 9 and he was put on the Bench to interpret the law BASED ON THOSE not his idea of how it 'should' be in a world we aren't actually
living in.
Whatever.... Stench from the Bench has become par for the course. This Obamacare boondoggle won't be settled outside of the Supreme Court and
anything short of it is just time wasted in getting to that final showdown for all the marbles. Lets drop this side crap and just get right to the
Super Court to finish this.
