I actually base that more on the consistincy of there version of near earth objects and there orbits , dates , and visual by naked eye or not.

I don't accept nor reject news so easily like you might do , i take it into consideration and form my own opinion baed on history , consitency , accuracy , etc .
sure they might lie about the last one , but i know their are thousands of rookies who are into the game , and with todays tech , with the internet could easily draw their own conclusions and show with science and supporting data to paint me the picture if it were to hit ....
