I see the term "Occupy" synonymous to like having your mother-in-law over for an extended 'visit'. But at least the '1%'ers get to go home everyday and get away from the inner city landfills the '99%'ers have created in their camps.

That's very sensational and all, so i will just answer your question. Yes, it really does matter which particular way they choose to get their message out. Laws still apply, and even if people don't know how the law actually works, they are still subject.
