Hi there I have always had this memory with me ever since it happened when i was a child now I don't remember much and what I do remember isn't much to go on,

when I was about 9 or ten years old asleep in my bed I suddenly woke up with (from memory the colour) a green or grey hand holding mine I didn't look up past the hand but I remember being in a state of peace and serenity not fear and the part of the memory that I remember most was the thought I had in my head which was "Father",...I felt it with a strong sense of love and connection as though whatever was holding my hand was in fact my true father and after that the being left just basically into thin air I felt alone after that in a slight sad way like part of me had left.

now I have a biological father we don't see each other very often, he has 3 other children younger than me I may see him and them once every six months I know what he's like I hate to say it but at best I feel we are mates because we don't really talk much either also I did not meet him until i was 6 or 8.

So does anyone have anything that they can tell me about this any thoughts on it?
I've looked for answers throughout my life and this ATS seems to be teeming with people knowledge on such things.

First thought is extraterrestrial.

you could be dreaming at the time, or may have misinterpreted your vision/feeling. either way, try to find peace and harmony in your soul regardless of how you feel about your biological farther. There's a sparkle of Creator in him as well, learn to accept people as they are.

You have had other parents in your past incarnations, you also have a spiritual family. What I am trying to say is that you are being loved by many spirits from past connections. In time, your veil will be lifted and you will re-join those Spirits/ Entities you left behind.

But you're here now, you came here to go through this experience, this realm. Accept people for who they are, build new connections in this life, and try to elevate your soul through your own decisions and experiences.

greetings OP. interesting story and encounter. I myself am a religious person so I would lean more an angel of the LORD just assureing you that though you were not always with your earthly father you have a heavenly father who is always with you and always looking out for you and with him you are never alone. Were you having any issues or any particular feelings of lonelyness or resentment or just missing your father at the time? if so then that could have triggered it. Even if you dont recall feeling that way you may have subconciously. This is just my two cents on the issue dont know if it helps or not but hope so.
