Washington (CNN) -- The White House counsel refused Friday to comply with a subpoena as issued by a House panel regarding the failed solar energy company Solyndra, saying that the initiative "was driven more by partisan politics than a legitimate effort to conduct a responsible investigation."

Wait i am confused here a subpoena is the ultimate law of the land no man or any station has the power to do this and yet there is the Mr. I am above the law Potus going nope to bad we don't have to.

Corruption at it's finest yep that sure is the most transparent Administration in US history,

If I ignored a subpoena I would be arrested and charged with obstruction of justice. No administration should be allowed to ignore such requests from congress or the courts.
