Roman lovers buried holding hands for 1,500 years

Isn't it nice that sometimes there is cool news that isn't too doom-y?

Who among us wouldn't like to lie with the love of their life, holding hands and gazing into each other's eyes for 1500 years?

If this doesn't pluck a heartstring somewhere you're made of stone...

Skeletal remains of a Roman-era couple shows the pair holding hands for 1,500 years.

Italian archeologists who made the amazing discovery in Modena believe the pair died "looking into each other's eyes" when they were buried sometime between the 5th and 6th century A.D.

I hope when they learn more they will publish the findings. It would be interesting to know how they died, and if they were old or young.

I hope they put them back in the ground the way they found them.

Ok dig them up do some tests and put them back exactly they were before, that’s the way they wanted to lay, that’s the way they should stay and Say thank you by giving them a head stone out of respect.
