Hell yeah.

House panel approves subpoena on Solyndra loan

A Republican-led House panel on Thursday agreed to subpoena the White House for documents related to Solyndra Inc., the failed California solar company that received a half-billion-dollar federal loan. A House Energy and Commerce subcommittee voted 14-9 along party lines to authorize subpoenas of top White House officials. GOP lawmakers say the subpoenas are necessary because the White House has denied or delayed requests for thousands of documents related to Solyndra.

The Fremont, Calif., company received a $528 million federal loan before filing for bankruptcy protection and laying off 1,100 workers.

Time for heads to roll.

We all wish but considering that latest deal he just did about getting to hide whatever documentation he see's fit not holding my breath.

Forget the name thread on here but it makes sense of why it was pushed through so fast and they thought the last Potus was crooked.

It's sad that the vote is along party lines.

As if the only reason to investigate would be an opposing political affiliation and the only reason to defend the act would be sharing a political affiliation.

Really sad.

"Along party lines" WTF Democrats, the White House loaned HALF A BILLION to a failed "green energy" corporation that turned around and declared bankruptcy somehow losing it all in the process, not repaying a dime to the Government. Then there is the whole fiasco with the fact that the lawyer responsible for the loans was a heavy hitter within the Obama Admins fundraising .. which she took commission for!

You lose half a billion to corruption you should lose your job. Simple as that.

Another turn in this.

campaign2012.washingtonexaminer.com...

Isn't "subpoena request" a meaningless phrase. I didn't think a subpoena was a request, so how can it be denied?
