Bush administration seeks to expand national DNA database.

Formerly, only convicted murderers or rapists could have thier DNA sampled and run through a database of unsolved crimes to link potential felons. However, new rules would allow all prisoners to be sampled, against thier will if need be, and even those arrested and released without conviction will have thier DNA sampled and submitted.

A weapon similar to an EMP device involving graphite particles recently was used during the war in Kosovo to short-circuit the electric grid in Yugoslavia without using deadly explosives. During Operation Allied Force, NATO aircraft dropped strips of graphite on electric power lines throughout Yugoslavia, which resulted in cascading power failures.

Perhaps the same can be used to disrupt them tags. Although, who in thier right mind would agree to such a thing?!

What other ways will they come up with to speed up our own distruction. Whatever else they come up with, it will probably be worse.
