Oregon Puts Nix On Nader's Ballot Push

Oregon Secretary of State Bill Bradbury (a Democrat) has said that the signature gathering by Nader supporters did not meet Oregon standards. Out of the tens of thousdands of signatures gathered, Bradburry only certified 15,088 leaving Nader 218 votes of the needed 15,306.

Is this the Democrat's way of "fixing" a state much like the Republican's get blamed for in Florida (I don't believe either theory). Oregon is normally a liberal state but was much closer during the last election. Now, with Nader out, this almost guarantees a win for Kerry in the state.
