Apparently this one is not a fake . As I found on youtube, the translation goes like this:

You have to understand that Poland is run by the owner of the Catholic radio station, Radio Maria, Rydzyk (the eminence grise) which regularly tries to ban such evil things as electric guitars and, of course, heavy metal.
The best election campaign i saw in Poland were billboards saying that if you want a future then hide your grandparents' ID cards on voting day (they all vote for whomever Radio Maria tells them to).
The youth desperately want a new system and they're modern and innovativbe but they're held back by basically a Catholic dictatorship.
