Chaplin was a Stalinist of the most repugnant kind, who cares how entertaining his agitprop was.

I have to agreed because although I have seen it, I watched it again and it made me smile so thanks for the reminder. As it has a lot of meaning in the current time we live in.

All be it part of a movie a great speech that rings true on many levels. And I do feel that if anything this should get more airplay in the times we live in today people need to hear it . Peace, Love, Compassion, and a willingness to be human. Is the only thing that has a chance to get us out of the peril we are in today
