The above article seems to be some sort of disinformation that is intended on getting people charged with a crime. The author of the article says that sending back prepaid credit card envelopes should be done differently in order to work. He says the way the video that was released about stuffing envelopes with a slogan of Occupy Wall Street and mailing back will be ignored and even thrown away with out second thought. He does not deny that it will cost them money.

But his solution.

Commenter huadpe chimes in to say that if you did want to cost them money and make sure the mail goes through, the best thing to do would be to tape a business reply envelope to a Priority Mail carton, which will cost them about an extra $15 to have processed.

That could get you criminal charges for tampering with the mail. So whos side is this guy on? Is he putting out a story to mislead OWS into a trap to get arrested? They must have really touched a nerve to get that much attentiion.

Heres the video the guy is spreading disinfo about to try and get people charged with a crmnal charge.

So don't post back any personal details and they have nothing on you.

I have been stuffing envelopes and sending them back for some time now. I have not gone as far as sending a box back, but I have never had any problems.

Yup. Agreed.

Plus, OP (and so many others on here), not EVERYthing is a purposeful disinfo attack from the nwo...not everything and everyone are conspiracy agents. Lots of 'people' make decisions, write articles, voice opinions, work at local tv/radio/newstations, etc etc.
Im not trying to sound rude or anything, honestly, I just really think it has become an issue to separate ourselves from the 'nwo' and who we think is responsible. Sure, there are some big players in the game, but sadly, it is our mentalities, our attitudes and choices and judgements and fears that lead us to this moment in history, not some meticulously perfectly planned plot where every piece of thought or opinion was manipulated through powers of the elite...I mean, #, we make their job easy: we scare ourselves, we buy into fear, we stay silent, we hate, we argue, we judge, we pollute our environment, our minds and our bodies, we support their institutions and not only play, but live in the game.
we need to take responsibility and action for all of our decisions.
If you think this guy is a disinfo shill then email him and ask. Interact with him, don't separate.
Express your concern about this being illegal and see what he says.
If you're still not satisfied, write his editor.
But 10 bucks says he's just some dude with an opinion and a job that allows him to write about it.

Much love.

So the guy says the best thing to do is move your account to a smaller bank if you really want to have an effect and you call him a disinfo agent. Typical.

Statement from Post office from 1996.
pe.usps.com...

When heavy items such as bricks, 2 x 4s, etc., are found in the mails with a BRM card or envelope pasted, stapled, or taped on them as an address label, the pieces should be treated as are other nonmailable items found loose in the mails. If the sender cannot be identified, the matter should be disposed of as waste. If the misused BRM card or envelope is affixed as an address label to a sealed parcel or container, the piece should be treated as dead mail. Please note that these procedures should be followed when a BRM card or a BRM envelope is attached to such heavy items. It is obvious in such cases that the piece is being used in a manner other than that intended by the distributor.

Very informative, good research.
Now send that to the writer, as informational not confrontational, and see what his response is.
