This explains alot as to why places such as detriot, Cleveland, ad hominum, continue to circle the drain.

Is congress finally getting the hint? We the people are tired of do nothings that promise whatever they have to, just to get elected and re elected. Then when they get in office, they forget who put them there and why. According to the article, voter satisfaction is at an all time low. It should be. Neither side cares enough to compromise and do what's good for the people. Just party loyalty, no matter what.
