Just because a group supports the OWS movement does not mean the OWS movement supports that group. Please use logic before demonizing everything you see.

When the OWS movement is representing the 99% do you expect every one of those people to be someone you agree with. Why is everyone trying to act like the entire 99% are going to have the same views. This movement does not agree on many things, what they agree with is that things now are not how it should be.

I guess everybody should just shut up, pack up and go the hell home, where they can take their anger out on internet message forums with the safe anonymity the web provides. Stop protesting outside and meeting together to debate and discuss in real life, stay inside on your own and be an arm chair protester.

Stay inside, it's safer, you can watch tv and buy stuff off the internet, whatever you do, do not meet with like minded individuals in the real world, unless it is endorsed by Fox News, then it's ok.

I mean look at all these horrible individuals in London. Surely they should be out shopping instead. There's great shops in London and if they want to go into the Cathedral they can pay £14.50, like everybody else.

Okay so OWS doesn't support all of the people/groups which support and stand behind them.
Which people/groups DON'T they support and would OWS denounce the support of THOSE people/groups?

I would like to see the people/groups which have supported the the Tea Party

Well spoken. The original post is another example of cherry picking.

I put this out on another reply, but I'm going to repeat it. A person's opinion is the result of that person's perception of reality. Just as that person is a living growing thing, so too is their opinion because it's a part of them. It should not be written in concrete.

It is not a fortress to be defended. It is a garden that needs to be cultivated and grown.

I think people get emotionally involved with their own words and then find it difficult or impossible to change even in the face of overwhelming proof to the contrary.

Thanks for your response.

words like communist and socialist are words people need to, for lack of a better term, 'get over', they're just words, and just because certain groups support ows doesn't make it a bad thing.

People focus too much on the small little details, instead of looking at the bigger picture

"Oh boo hoo they wont do this, or they support this, or this person supports ows"

Constantly focusing on the trivial, no offense to you, im talking about people who just can't seem to get it. Happens around my local occupy too. People are stupid, no offense

and what's wrong with Minister Farrakhan anyway?

You're like a class A propagandist. You don't say anything except for what you think will get you stars and flags because you "exposed" the movement. lmao.. you fail..

I am divided about the movement. Personally, I believe in less government and corporatism. The web site below, infers that the original organizers are linked to the Lucis Trust. For those of you who do not know who they are--they are long time advocates of the NWO. I do not care to debate, so, just search for them on ATS for all the info you need.

On the 15th October 2011 begun the worldwide action. For the first time in history, upwards of 15 million people in sixty countries marched together for a "global change". Their official website is: 15october.net...
Someone decided to find out who owns that domain name by visiting this site: who.godaddy.com... (This is a database with a searchable list of every single domain currently registered in the world).
As you can see from the printscreen i took, before the 18th October the registrant was
"Paulina Arcos
866 United Nations Plaza
Suite 516
New York, New York 10017
United States"

Source

I am not even sure who 15October.net is but what they say about this issue is as follows:

October 18th, 2011.
A BRIEF PRESS RELEASE TO SOLVE MISUNDERSTANDINGS
Due to the immense interest that this question has posed, we thought we might as well answer it: we do not want to feed paranoia and senseless New World Order conspiracies. Some of you were smart enough to find the registration details, and some of you looked closely enough to find one of the actual members out of the large group that planned the page. Paulina Arcos, who figures as the owner of the domain, is the name of the mother of this member.

So, a member's mother's credit card was used; and, the members mothers address is at the Lucis Trust headquarters? Fishy, ya think? Oh, yeah, and no need to worry about silly NWO conspiracies.

You do realize that communists and fascists "occupy" opposite ends of the political spectrum, right?

Let me put it this way: There is probably a serial killer or two playing World of Warcraft right now. That doesn't make Blizzard Entertainment guilty of serial-killing.

My kingdom for a baseline level of credulity and education, on this board.
