why not, Christian place like this, hardly surprising

I am torn on this subject...

a Private institution has the right to set any rules for whom goes to it no matter if that is viewed by the general public to be right or wrong, this is what i think, if you are a private club/college/school/business then dont employ who ever you want.

however... this is not how the world works... if they publicly said they would employ no black people or asian people, no muslims (or arabs as they are all viewed as possibly muslims) etc. then there would be a public uproar as these things are seen as unecceptable anywhere....

this is why it gets to me.. i dont think i would descriminate, i have close friends and relatives who are either gay or of another ethnic backround or religon, i accept people, but i appreaciate others dont, if they are a private company in any form (or club) then they can make the rules on who enters and i see this as justified! it is there's just like i wouldnt like a biggot in my house/in my employment they can do the same.


So yes i am torn as i think if they were saying no blacks/chinese people would be tearing them apart (msm) but saying no gays and its not seen as a big deal... to be honest i dont see the diffrence between being black/white/chinese/arab/gay/straight they are just diffrent types of people.
