One of the secret weapons the corrupt mainstream media uses in their never-ending quest to Palace Guard for the left is context. For example, when it came to the Tea Party, the MSM was notorious for amplifying a single incident (that was usually a lie) and using it to attempt to smear and define an entire movement. This is what you do when you want to quickly take out a political enemy.

The MSM’s contextual game changes, however, when their desire is to strengthen a movement and give it credibility and room to grow. By dutifully reporting individual incidents but not reporting on the growing scope and size of Occupy Wall Street lawlessness, the MSM is willfully covering up the violence, vandalism, and anti-Semitism that truly does define this movement.

biggovernment.com...

What is not being reported on the majority of mainstream media outlets and OWS some of that list is rather disgusting not to mention the latest OWS memo circulating around about keeping "crime" in house and not reporting it because they do not want to cast the movement in a negative light.

Everything for the movement forget about the law or their right not be be sexually assaulted considering a I have a few friends that have been raped in the past and i have seen how it effected them.

Efforts by the Occupy Baltimore protest group to evolve into a self-contained, self-governing community have erupted into controversy with the distribution of a pamphlet that victim advocates and health workers fear discourages victims of sexual assaults from contacting police.

The official term “occupy” also includes the act of “taking up a place or extent in space,” which could explain what happened in Cleveland when a 19-year-old girl, after demonstrating against corporate greed, was told by event coordinators to share a space with a fiscal fairness activist named Leland “due to a shortage of tents.”

A 14 year old girl is reported to have been raped at the Occupy Dallas rally, but the protesters claim the runaway told them she was 19.

That’s right. The brain children of the left are blaming the victim:

Wall Street protesters in Zuccotti Park battened down the hatches yesterday as the early October snow turned their tents into igloos, but the close quarters also made easy pickings for one predator

A sex fiend barged into a woman’s tent and sexually assaulted her at around 6 a.m., said protesters, who chased him from the park. “Pervert! Pervert! Get the f--k out!” said vigilante Occupiers, who never bothered to call the cops.

When cops are a few feet away that would have been there in a matter of a few minutes.

OWS thinks they are the law where ever they are. They cover up sexual assault and theft because they don't wanna look bad.

This movement is so morally corrupt it's disgusting.

Over the weekend, besides 27 arrested for trespassing and assaulting officers, two were arrested for outstanding warrants, one for public urination/defecation, and one for being an escaped convict from Washington.
Classy people.

She said that weeks earlier another woman was raped.

“We don’t tell anyone,” she said. “We handle it internally. I said too much already.”

It sounds like a big heaping pile of ...
Right wing "media" as with left always seeks to keep us divided and MSM does whatever their corporate bosses tell them to, there has been plenty of negative stories in the MSM about Occupy as there were positive stories about the TPM. Open your eyes.

Are you kidding?

Most of this stuff isn't coming from "right wing media" it's coming from all media. Including video documentation by the protesters themselves. The lawlessness at OWS events is astounding.

You keep wanting to make it look like the TPM was the same thing...But I've never seen anything like this out of the Tea Party.

You can't have it both ways. This "we're protesting" does not shield you from the laws of the land. So if members of the ows do something illegal they get ows justice? That is a arrogant thought and illegal. Vigilante justice is against the law. Last I checked ows members are still subject to the laws of the land they reside in. For every homeless person and ex-con that shouldn't be there, there are actual protesters doing illegal things. I.E. stealing, sexual assualt and so on. The 99% is not saintly by any means. Nor or they all degenerates might I add. It's just with the nature of humanity it makes sense that actual scum will be parts of the protesters, scum can have legitimate reason to protest too. This we will take care of it attitude is disturbing. The laws protect the victim and the accused. Don't cry about civil rights when you deny them. As for their lack of real response at this point. Keep doing it like this and how long till something really bad happens?

Via Lee Stranahan, Brandon Darby, and Andrew Breitbart, who has this exactly right: “Mayor Bloomberg is allowing New York’s inmates to run the asylum.” Not only that, allegedly he’s sending extra inmates in. Remember, according to the Daily News, the NYPD is actually steering drunks and derelicts to Zuccotti Park to make life more dangerous for protesters in hopes that they’ll leave. OWS would have a problem with that regardless, as word’s bound to get around among the city’s homeless that there’s free eats and warm blankets downtown, but Bloomberg seems perfectly happy to let it go on and on. At best, he’s negligent about a threat to public safety; at worst, he’s complicit in it. What you’re looking at here, potentially, is an exhibit in the inevitable lawsuit against the city.

OWS is doing a fine job of keeping everyone divided.

We don't even need the media this time.

As bad as the some of the OWS protesters can be, their detrimental effect on society is pittance compared to what the Goldman Sachs guys and their paid (ex. Obama) politicians have done.

Nothing goes under the radar but to those who don't report it are usually scared or intimidated to report it With the creation and establishment of the internal security force now works to protect the people attending and to work with local pd to ensure and to guarantee the people visiting or occupying are safe and secure in their person.

We are not covering anything up. Some took what the NYPD and others have done to this group thus far personal and was the reason for the initial hesitation to cooperate with law enforcement to report bad elements. Nowadays the tension seems to be loosening which tells me we are turning a new leaf.

www.nydailynews.com...

New initiatives and items that are going online currently will now be in charge of running the security and to identify threats to the movement itself and the participants. Everyone is an equal.

If the Detail and the GA votes to expel someone and if they return they are to be detained and turned over to NYPD on the spot and the charge would be Harassment and Trespassing. I fully expect an Official Spokesperson for The #OWS Security Squad to be named soon and that person will keep the public updated with the situation at Zuccotti. All others once this is established fully will be free to use the template designed for here for their occupations and encampments.

Now to those who think that this movement is a bunch of lawbreakers, What do you have to say now?

The next item I see being established is Courts whereas things can be handled.

Even though we are fully welcoming of all who attend we have to be on the lookout for our occupiers, visitors and their stuff. Thefts can't happen, rapes can't happen. So far no homicides reported. One death but was not attributed or connected to the movement as it was a homeless individual.

I applaud our fellow brothers and sisters in Zuccotti for stepping up to the plate to protect the movement and all who attend it. This is what true community is all about.

If you can associate a global protest movement with something like a rape, I will also utilize this brilliant tactic but in an even more masterful manner.

A murder happened, therefore everyone everywhere is pro-murder.
A rape happened, therefore everyone everywhere is pro-rape.
A lie happened, so now everyone is a constant liar.
Someone stole a dollar, so now everyone is a thief.

Guilt by association. You are a human being, therefore you are guilty of any crime committed in history by any human being.

Don't like it ? Well than, perhaps think twice before you commit the same logical fallacy.

You should probably read the articles and the new videos being released every day of these kinds of cover ups and dismissals of criminal activity at OWS events.

It's truly mind boggling how little they care about the lawlessness around them.

Yesterday New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg alleged that Occupy Wall Street participants at Liberty Square (Zuccotti Park) are chasing criminals out of the park instead of reporting them to police. In reality, Occupy Wall Street has its own well-trained internal security force, but this team does not substitute for the police when it comes to criminal activity that threatens our community or local residents. Occupy Wall Street participants have called upon police on occasions when people with predatory intentions have come into the park and engaged in illegal and destructive behavior, and have in fact turned over criminals to the NYPD.

“Bloomberg lied yesterday when he claimed that a sexual assault suspect was merely kicked out of the park, when in fact OWS security personnel forcibly removed the individual and handed him directly to the NYPD,” said Andrew Smith, a member of OWS’s overnight Community Watch. “The Mayor should get his facts straight before he calls responsible citizens protecting our community ‘despicable.’”
