Why was Firefly cancelled?
After so many years I still can't get over it. I will not move on.

Why are all the best shows canceled...

Family guy was canceled twice, joke was on fox seth macfarlane owns the cartoon world now

I thought they were bringing firefly back just not with all the original people (not that it should be hard since none of them have a career as of now)

twas a good show my friend... goodtimes

You're still willing to say that after the craptastic glory that was their last season?

At least they made that movie "Serenity" which wrapped it up. Loved how it picked up right where the show left off.

I remember being all excited one year when I heard the rumors that Syfy would be picking up the series. Then Syfy finally addressed the rumors to be false, which made me very sad.

Enlighten me, as I've never heard of Firefly

It's ok, a lot of the world hasn't either. Just like Arrested Development.

I thought someone told me that Nathan wouldn't work for FOX again because they kept canceling his shows, which I believe were Firefly and Drive.

The problem with Firefly was the ratings. The problem with the ratings was the same issue with any sic-fi show on a Friday Night. The majority of the target audience isn't at home. They are at their local hobby store playing Magic or Warhammer.

Sadly this is something I've been saying for years.

Drive's issue was it was supposed to compete against 24.

One of them has a job now.
The captain guy, and he was talking with some folks about jumstarting the show with a web series.
That was before he got a paying job.
Now he's not worried about his fans, he can get more.

Demanding the truth has really gotten a lot of response, hasn't it?

Last Season was a new TV show, not really Scrubs as such. It was Scrubs: Med School.
The last few episodes of that season weren't bad. Some of the new characters were great, it just took them a while to find the right mix etc., as it would with any new show.

It's the OLD Scrubs I want back though.

Hopefully not like it was in that last series, and they can't really take it back either.
They wrote their own grave, Scrubs is as good as Friends for re-runs though, so thats a plus.
