it goes on to say that the probability of a major quake of around 8 on the richter scale is very high for the next few moths.
basically what theyre saying is that before kobe the temperature was at record highs, and they are around the same temps now.
ofcourse the japanese government is poo-pooing the idea saying the possabilities are 0-0.8%.
