What is the desired goal of this movement?
With SO many voices,I would like to get your input,on how these goals are going to manifest in this change you want. Where and how will these changes take place?
Thanks.
Christ, I can't speak for the whole movement. It is as diverse as the TPM claims to be. and to paint the whole movement because of a few stupid yahoos; is itself quite stupid.
But I would imagine the change will manifest in the ballot box with all Americans voting their conscience; at least locally. National elections are favored if not actually decided by obscenely wealthy men playing golf in polo shirts in Southern California. But perhaps if they see the will of the people in the street; they might be influenced a little bit to temper their greed and corruption. That's the message.
The status quo always hates change.

Ahhh, Faux. Slow night at mediamatters?
Your characterization is as inaccurate as ever. I'm glad to see you don't let reason or common sense filter your responses.
That slight dizziness you’re feeling is a contact high from the clouds of left-wing nostalgia in New York City and Washington. The anarchists, anti-globalization activists, student radicals, and sympathetic journalists gathered at Occupy Wall Street desperately are trying to recapture the protest spirit of the 1960s. Meanwhile, Democrats from Paul Krugman to Barack Obama pine for the economy of the 1950s, when the distribution of incomes was much more equal than today. At the same time, high unemployment, lackluster growth, and austerity have led these Democrats to attempt to restore the politics of the 1930s, pitting “economic royalists” against the downtrodden masses. We knew liberals believed in recycling, but this is getting ridiculous.
They’re railing against freeloaders and ex-cons for stealing their stuff and spoiling their utopia. They’re squabbling with each other over money and power. The weather is turning frightful and a cumbersome bureaucracy of their own making is strangling their spontaneity. Their invasion is costing downtown Manhattan businesses and residents a boatload of money. But watching the Occupy Wall Street vagabonds bang their heads against the laws of human nature -- that’s priceless! Oops, I just echoed a dreaded corporate slogan. My bad -- but somehow it fits the moment.
The alliance, based in Washington, is a hotbed of far-left causes that range from backing hunger strikes in California prisons to denouncing the CIA and oil companies. Its Web site says the group sponsors operations in the Gaza Strip, with Hamas, and boasts of an alliance with Anarchists Against the Wall, which contests Israel’s security barrier in the West Bank.

Oh great, another "unbiased" Murdoch newspaper stating an OPINION
We all know why Murdoch's against OWS, and given that the article is absence of meaningful facts, I wouldn't waste my time

Again, what does this have to do with OWS not being the Tea Party?
Which movements has caused political change in America?
What is the underlying change, and how will it be accomplished?
What will OWS accomplish with protesting ?
America is waiting for those answers. All you give is what you are professing OP's piece to be,Opinion, with NO facts............

Well, so far, they shifted the entire political debate from deficit/debt to jobs...and it's about time. But the movement's young, so time will tell how much it accomplishes. As for the TP, what exactly have they accomplished?
