-Captain? Without a doubt, Shatner! Picard seems to be more "serious" as a captain, but he lacks what makes Kirk special as a captain.
-Series? I was going to say Enterprise, because it is more action orientated than any of the other series, but I am going to settle for DS9, because it's the only ST series that really takes place in a war.
-Bad Guy/Girl? Khaaaaaan!
-Enterprise? 1701-A, i really love the interior.
-Other Ship Class? Miranda Class. Obviously so good, it's still in use a hundret years later in Picard-times (same true for Excelsior-Class)
-Episode? Trials and Tribble-lations DS 9
-Temporal Episode? The one where the TNG-Crew finds Scotty on da Dyson-Sphere
-Space Anamoly? The Nexus
-2 Part Episode? In a mirror Darkly, the Enterprise-Episodes in the mirror universe.

All excellent pics! I loved Khan too! He was a badass! The Dyson Sphere was cool too!

I know there are a couple "favorite" Star Trek threads but here goes anyways...

What are your Star Trek Favorites?
-Captain?
-Series?
-Bad Guy/Girl?
-Enterprise?
-Other Ship Class?
-Episode?
-Temporal Episode?
-Space Anamoly?
-2 Part Episode?

My Favorites:
-Captain Picard is my favorite ST captain
-Star Trek: The Next Generation.
-Favorite bad guy/girl would have to be the Borg, hands down, however, I wish ST TNG developed and utilized the Romulans more, or the Breen.
-I loved the Enterprise D! I really enjoyed the Galaxy class starship design.
-Other favorite ship class would be the Nebula class starship. The USS Southerland was also a great design.
-Favorite episode of all time for me was "Yesterday's Enterprise."
-Again, "Yesterday's Enterprise" was an amazing temporal episode.
-My favorite space anomoly was the causality loop in the episode "Cause and Effect."
-Best 2 part episode was "Best of Both Worlds I & II."

Pretty much agree with all of the above. Patrick Stewart just has to be the best since he's a fellow Mirfield man like myself. Although there is a massive flaw in Best of Both Worlds which is only obvious if you can think backwards ;-)

Just to be controversial : I enjoyed the Enterprise series, it had a lot of promise unfortunately all the bitching amongst fans killed it off......now we have nothing.

I agree! It took me a little while to warm up to it but it was cool to see a lot of technologies from the beginning, like torpedos and the transporter. They did waste an entire season chasing after the Xindi but whatever. I enjoyed it too. Again, bitch about what is considered canon or not and have nothing to bitch about at all. I don't foresee another Star Trek series in the future either.

Brief.

Picard is my fav. Captain. TNG was the best series as a whole BUT the season of DS9 with the Dominion war was the best season. Villain= Q I have 2 fav. episodes. Darmok and Who Watches the Watchers.

The last couple seasons of DS9 during the Dominion War were pretty good.

I met John DeLancie (Q) at a ST convention once. The actor is just as obscene as Q!

Funniest thing I've seen in this thread, thanks!

Khan said that? What was he just trying to be funny or something?

He was very serious when he said this to Kirk. He was dying, the Reliant lay in shambles and he thought he was going to take Kirk down with him by activating the Genesis Device...all very serious stuff!

Oh ok
Now that sounds more like Khan. I knew there was nothing funny about him.
Well... except his hair...

My personal favorite series is DS9, mainly due to the dominion war story arc, but when it comes to individual episodes, TNG has so many stand alone episodes that are just great.

The best TNG episode has to "The Drumhead". I'm actually quite surprised no one else mentioned it. Every time I watch it it sends shivers up my spine. At the end when Picard is talking to Worf about how villains that twirl their mustaches are easy to spot and how the price of freedom is constant vigilance. So true.

I don't think that Q was a bad guy. He knew humans were on a greater path. He tested their limits and helped them along.

The Enterprise series was good because it closed a few anomalies from the original series.
One was why klingons looked human when we first saw them.
There were a couple of others, but I can't remember now.
