There will be a small Marine presence. Mostly to guard the embassy. Obama's MO is more subtle than Bush's but they are essentially the same. Obama favors using the embassies as a vehicle to bring in CIA case officers, field people, and special operations teams. I give credit in that it kills much fewer American soldiers. However, the same exact destructive foreign policy is largely being pursued. Obama is more a central banking b*tch than Bush could ever hope to be ( an boy, he hoped to be!) . Obama is the best friend of international corporations and central banking. By 2013, it won't matter if Obama loses, he will have finished establishing the central banking/corporate takeover of the Middle East and North and Central Africa

they will never end the occupation properly because they have too much 'intrest' in iraq, they need to protect oil wells, the infrastucture they were contracted to build, their sleepers who help to cause decent.. the list goes on

but then again how could we ever believe anything were told by washington?

Yes i think those left were just renamed but of course still nowhere near the numbers in previous years. Afghanistan is a complete failure as everyone knew it would be, a 'war' you simply can't win....yet they are still deluded enough to keep throwing money at it for god knows how long.

I think its non-news because... honestly who believes it will even happen... I know I dont believe it

So little.

I can't say I KNOW what the war was about, but I can look at what was accomplished.

1. An oil rich country's leader, who wanted to trade oil in currency other than dollars, was killed.
2. A central bank was installed.
3. One million innocent civilians were murdered, creating more "jihadists" aka people angry at those who killed their loved ones.
4. Large multinational corporations with ties to the US political structure gained billions of dollars "restabilizing" Iraq.

So what was it all about? Money and control.
