Thanks for posting this. I remember when there was a big sting operation in New Jersey a couple of years ago. It was probably related to this. I remember reading that there was a criminal conspiracy involving dozens of government officials and rabbis, and then, not surprisingly, the story was COMPLETELY dropped by news organization.

I see the problem with harvesting and selling organs from unwilling people..but honestly I would sell a kidney for 120,000 . I would also be willing to donate a kidney to someone close to me if it was life or death...

I think if it's my body and I was willing to sell parts of it why should that be illegal. It's the same view I have on prostitution as long as no one is being forced to do something they should have every right to do what they see fit to there body ... If there is no victim there is no crime...

I am in total shock, I had not clue such things go on, especially in such a holy land.......Not. But to be fair it happens everywhere not just in Israel.

Add it to the list of things people do not want to see but exist anyways, just to keep an eye on it all, and to eventually to minimize it or get rid of all of it completely in one way or another. In the coming years and generations....Oh yes that list is long.

10,000 is way to high! I saw a documentary once where illegals were selling for only $3,000 in the UK. To boot the lady got ripped off and only got a few hundred bucks!

How many organ donor patients wind up "brain dead", taken off life support to fill the needs of wealthy patients seeking heart, liver and kidney transplants? Have you ever heard of kids and adults needing transplants from low soci-economic families ever getting one? Are any of you aware of how many organ donor patients declared "brain dead" by doctors and families demanding they stay on life support only to go on to later live normal healthy lives.....there are more now surviving without brain damage than those who do and those who do are not so severe are recovering greater in number compared to those who are. There are many stories of these families going against their doctor's diagnosis all for the fast $$$. So how different are these doctors compared to organ traffickers?

The worst nations involved in child trafficking are South America, USA, India and Islamic nations. Arabs are the worst offenders in the world today.

This practice is nasty - and one of the reasons I worry about so many people being impoverished in the US.

When people get really poor, it gets REALLY EASY for people to exploit them.
And that's what this is - exploitation of the poor and the sick.
