Charlie Rose did an interview with Slovenian philosopher and critical theorist, Slavoj Zizek.

There's some interesting points/theories in there that I just wanted to share with you.

Yeah my wife and I watched it not long ago.

I also agree and would like people to watch that interview. There are some good points made worth noting.

This guy is interesting, but I think also had the sniffles.

I have no idea why his ideas are "popular." Can anyone else explain this?

I logged in just to say I love Zizek. I dont agree with every other thing he says, but I think he is a brilliant man. I look forward to watching.

I hadn't heard of him or his ideas but the more he elaborated, the more I found them to be interesting, moreso the logic he uses to draw his conclusions.

It is just that, a 30 minute ramble, but there are lots of mind expanding topics that gets your brain working.

And yes, he did have the sniffles lol or something, some kind of nervous tic or just explosions of consciousness/awareness. You can see the information just shooting into his brain.

I don't have any particular topic i'd like to discuss, maybe you do, I will partake, but I merely wished to bring this interview to the surface for those who probably would never otherwise see it.
