Most Millionaires Want Higher Taxes for Millionaires!, page 1

According to a survey from the consulting firm Spectrem Group, sixty-eight percent of millionaires -- defined as people with investments of $1 million or more -- support raising taxes on people who earn $1 million or more in income, the Wall Street Journal reports.

This is good news. I was under the impression that millionaires wanted nothing to do with taxes and were actively seeking to lower them at any costs. It would seem they are smart enough to recognize that tax breaks for the wealthy do not create a healthy economy.

The will of the people is clear from a recent poll and now this poll. Will the republicans in congress listen to the Americans who voted them into office or continue to push their own agenda?
