I ate it on eggs this morning. Normally I'd use Cholula or Chipotle Tabassaco... not any more.

Grilling bacon wrapped shrimp and going to just dip 'em in.

I wanna try the Sriracha burger for the love of all that is holy!

Man I bet fried oysters would be awesome with Sriracha...

Pronounced Suh-ra-cha for all you food sheeple.

Homemade Sriracha

www.seriouseats.com...

The Sriracha Cookbook

www.amazon.com...

Sriracha is the best hot sauce. It goes on seriously everything. All the kitchens I've ever worked in have a secret stash of this somewhere because the staff, who know food and drink, eat it on EVERYTHING.

Put it in BBQ sauce.

Put it in Marinara.

Put it with any asian food.

Also, go eat some Pho if you're lucky enough to have a Vietnamese restaurant near you. Pho and sriracha are like the mashed potatoes and gravy of Thailand.

Dear Sriracha, courtesy of The Oatmeal. If you haven't been there The Oatmeal is a very funny (imo) online comic.

You can contact the manufacturer ...hoy fong in california....i think a case was only around $60.....good price for 12 big bottles!!!

that should last most of us at least a week or two

i like to mix it with soy sauce and put it on wings!!

It's pretty damn spicy.

It's great if you want to add some heat to something without a lot of flavor, because you can use so little of it.

I use various types of hot sauce on quite a few different things, but one thing that it seems everyone loves hot sauce on is popcorn. Try it!
